1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 88fn website or mobile platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 88fn with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. 88fn reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 88fn, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88fn operates a strict 21+ only policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must register using truthful, accurate, and current personal information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an 88fn employee or affiliate partner.

88fn reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 88fn at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your account and never share it with any third party.
• Immediately notify 88fn support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 88fn will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call.
• All account activities carried out using your credentials are your sole responsibility, unless 88fn determines a breach of security on its own systems.

Account closure requests must be submitted in writing to our support email. Following a closure request, all pending wagers will be settled according to standard rules before the account is deactivated. Balances at the time of closure are eligible for withdrawal subject to the verification requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

88fn supports fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services and international card networks. All financial transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.

• Deposits are credited to your account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours to your registered payment method. Expedited processing may be available for verified VIP account holders.
• 88fn reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Deposits and withdrawals must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party transfers are prohibited.

88fn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or bank processing times. Any applicable transaction fees charged by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering checks in line with standard industry practice.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

88fn periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Welcome bonuses are available only to new players who have made their first deposit. Existing accounts are not eligible for first-deposit bonus offers.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover amount will be stated at the time the bonus is credited.
• Bonuses expire within 7 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements after expiry will be forfeited automatically.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fn platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any manner not approved by 88fn.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems through the 88fn platform.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any component of the 88fn platform's software, databases, or security systems.

88fn actively monitors platform activity to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Any player found in breach of these rules will have their account closed immediately, remaining funds forfeited, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities in Bangladesh.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 88fn platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of 88fn or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or derivative use of platform content without express written consent from 88fn is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 88fn, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any errors in game outcomes caused by technical faults not attributable to 88fn.

Any disputes arising between a player and 88fn shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our customer support channel. 88fn strives to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days. In the event that an amicable resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedures.
